This bug was in the betas and previews too and for the explanation, the "Creating world" text on top is invisible and the text that usually says "building terrain" is the info as the one before the "building terrain" text. Yes, I know my explanation was hard to understand.

Steps to reproduce
1. Join/create a world
2. Wait for the building terrain to pop up
3. The text doesn't say building terrain, it says game tips instead
