The highest Setting in the GUI Scale is not as large as it should be ... the buttons are really small and difficult to handle

The issue is only present in the main Minecraft App on my device

If I open minecraft using the Toolbox app the GUI scale appropriately scales up at the '0' option which is how im most comfortable playing

This confuses me as to why the Minecraft app cant scale up properly 

My device is a Samsung Galaxy A73

Steps to reproduce:

1. I open Minecraft
2. Check the video settings
3. Try changing the GUI Scale to 0

Expected result:

GUI Scale is big enough at 0

Observed result:

0 is the same size as -1
