Steps to reproduce

1. Load No potato no!.mcworld
2. If the behavior does not immediately reproduce, kill the villagers, spawn one villager on the left and wait for it to become a farm, spawn another villager on the right (behind the hopper), give the farmer 8 stacks of potatos, and then drop a stack of potatoes on the ground next to the hopper.

Expected result

The farm can throw crops toward the villager, which then the hopper or the villager collects.

Observed result

The farmer gets stuck in a loop: when it throws crops it immediately picks up crops from the stack on the ground, and then the crops it threw immediately join the stack on the ground.

(When farming potatoes)the farmers would get stuck in a loop near(1-3 blocks)the collecting villager throwing the crop(not get picked up from hoppers hopper minecarts or any other means) and then picking it up in repeat rapidly
