In the more recent Bedrock Previews when using Deferred with a "indev pack", every now and then the global.json file will suddenly stop working with no error and result in random issues such as:

      • No orbital offset (turns to default in game)
      • No illuminance settings (turns to default in game)
      • Only default point lights work
      • All light emitting blocks without a deferred pointlight now emit "vanilla light".

After the global.json stops working, it appears refuse to work again and will no longer work even after deleting and reinstalling said pack, restarting minecraft, removing the pack from global/world resources and adding it back, and leaving and rejoining a world.

This bug also appears to only apply to packs that are located in the "development_resource_packs" folder as well, and any packs that are imported through a ".mcpack" seem to be unaffected by this bug.

*Note-1: Linked global.json file has emissive values for pbr for actors and unfinished blocks. During testing, nothing had glowed.
*Note-2: Same bug applies in earlier versions (ex: lava screenshot)
