Bedrock for the Nintendo Switch runs worst than the previous legacy console edition & 'New' Nintendo 3DS edition. I'm dumbfounded why the latter of the two stopped receiving support after only a couple of years. Although at least the 3DS edition actual works, even with the version's significantly lower Enderman spawn rates; as well as the high chance of less common biomes, less common structures, and/or villages all not having a chance of generating within the version's worlds as they are locked to a considerably smaller size.

Anyhow, Most times when exploring in bedrock edition on the Nintendo Switch; [any where from half of the world to all of it doesn't render around my character], leaving me blind to mobs and where I'm heading, most frequently over water, but often over land as well. Its like any optimizations with the Nintendo Switch version work only when I stay at one location, as when venturing out away from the place I directly spawned in while exploring either the surrounding area of the immediate area, or the world abroad; [the world rendering failing very frequently, taking a long time to refresh themselves, on average any where from four to 20 minutes]. The game is still unplayable, no difference in the behavior when docked or on docked.

I'm convinced this version of the game is un-patchable, and it working as intended is fully dependent on the player playing on a online server rather then actually generating/hosting the world on the Nintendo Switch Console, which is very likely why most the advertising for it was for cross play and still is how this version is advertised for. While I did assumed already upon buying the Nintendo Switch port of bedrock that it was going to run the best when not actually hosting a world, as is with most ports especially mobile device ports, I didn't think the rendering of the world was going to be broken. Nor did I expect it to be broken to such a great extent, as I believed the Developers would actually consider that the [Nintendo Switch port should be optimized for conditions when playing locally together offline together during a long car ride], yet older smart phones run bedrock better than the Nintendo Switch Console port, [I'm dumbfounded how this version even got green lit to be released in such a broken state even while playing solo], and why no disclaimer had been released on the e-shop and/or other advertisement/statement has been given that the Nintendo Switch game only performs close to expectations when played on a online hosted server.
