Custom skins won't upload from phone

      Attempting to upload Custom skins always gives error: "That's not a Minecraft Skin, silly!"

      It seems Minecraft doesn't have permission to access the .png files from the download folder, and I don't have access to the Minecraft folder to move the image files there.
