After activating a newer add-on on realms, I cannot downgrade it anymore. (There is some bug on the newer add-on)

They have same pack ID and I don't know if it shouldn't.

      Steps to Reproduce:
1.Activate a newer add-on on realms and play it.
2.Delete the add-on. Then install an older version add-on. Remove the newer one on realms and activate the older one.
      3.Go to realms and play.

      Observed Results:
It will still tell you to download packs. And it is the newer version.

What more, the downloaded newer version on Resource Packs won't have a checkmark ✓ but loading mark. And If I just deactive it, and then go back, then edit world again, it appear again.
