When you fly fast, chunks may not load for 10+ seconds.

Step to reproduce:

1.Create a normal world, equip an elytra and /tp ~ 500 ~ 0 50

2.Glide with elytra(keep at this pitch angle)

3.You probably hit the unloaded chunks and stop, but the chunks still continue to load. If you meet this, /tp ~ 500 ~ 0 50 again to continue to glide, and you will final meet the situation in the title(hit the unloaded chunks and don't continue to load them for 10+ seconds). This often happens after glide 1000+ blocks.

I tested this in PC, in Mobile devices this bug maybe much worse.

Maybe affects 1.20.81(not tested)
