Summary of the Issue: After experiencing repeated deaths caused by a Command Block, the Death Screen fails to appear following a respawn. The player disappears with empty health points.

Steps to Reproduce:

In Creative mode, I placed a command block set to “Repeat” and entered the command “/kill @p”. The redstone setting was “Needs Redstone”. Then, I took a Redstone Torch to activate the Command Block.

I switched to Survival mode and placed the Redstone Torch to activate the Command Block, resulting in death by the command. The Death Screen then appeared.

During the Death Screen, I clicked Respawn and died again. This is where the bug occurs: the player should die again due to the still-active Command Block, but the Death Screen does not appear, and the player vanishes with empty health points.

Expected Behavior: The Death Screen should appear after each repeated death. Upon clicking Respawn, the Death Screen should reappear, allowing the player to continue interacting with the game or return to the main menu.

Actual Result: The Death Screen does not appear after repeated deaths, the player disappears with empty health points, and there is no option to return to the main menu or interact with the game.

Occurrence: This issue occurred in the Minecraft Bedrock edition version 1.20.81 on the Android platform
