Background: Back on December 1st 2021, the Skin Creator got 12 official by "Minecraft" Halo themed items for players to purchase to coincide with the "Master Chief Mash-Up" update to the Halo Mash-Up pack. (See the "Featured - Halo 2021.jpg" picture) - Source: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/the-minecraft-master-chief-mash-up-pack-back
Problem: For some unknown reason last year on August 10th 2023 the "Moa Hat" Headwear (See the "Moa Hat.jpg" picture) was removed with zero information given on its removal. This is the only Halo item that was removed, and is the only official tie-in item by Minecraft to be delisted at all.
Who made it can't be an issue as it was official and made by "Minecraft".
Tiers can't be the deciding factor as it was "Rare" alongside 4 other Halo items. With 3 being above it as "Epic". And 4 being under it as "Common" and "Uncommon".
Licensing can't be the issue as Microsoft owns Halo and Minecraft, and all 11 other items are still available.
While it is understandable that the marketplace has items that rotate out and in. This is definitely bizarre when other similar tie-in still have their full line-ups, and no other Halo items were removed. One would expect all/most the Halo items to rotate out if this was the case, not just one random Headwear.
Based on my understanding this delisting happened to coincide with several miscellaneous items that also released on the same day, by other creators. IE this seems to be a mistaken delisting and should be listed again.
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Dressing Room -> Edit Character
- Select any non-default item by Minecraft
- Press "By Minecraft"
- Scroll down until you reach the Halo items
Observed result:
The Moa Hat is not there:
Expected result:
The Moa Hat is present.
