Vindicators can drop multiple axes

      I was fighting a raid in MCBE and a vindicator dropped two iron axes

      What I expected to happen was:

      The vindicator would drop a emerald and maybe a iron axe

      What actually happened was:

      The vindicator dropped two iron axes

      Steps to reproduce 

      1.  Drink a Bad Omen V potion in a village
      2. Kill some vindicators and eventually one of them will drop two iron axes
