This started yesterday. Playstation players joining my realm show as their PNS name, not as their Microsoft name. Bot security systems are kicking them as they appear to be bots. 

We asked people to log off of their Microsoft accounts and back on, but no change.

That's all I can say at this point... but it does seem to be a game bug.
