      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Load the attached world.
      2. Fly around the platform with the rail tracks, making sure that it keeps entering and leaving the simulated area.

      Observed results:
      Zombified piglins will occasionally spawn on the tracks.

      Expected results:
      They shouldn't.
