Elytra levitates the player up so they can easily use elytra when trying to escape lava by jumping.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Equip an elytra and go to the Nether
2. Jump into the lava
3. Try to escape by jumping

Observed result:
The player levitates a few blocks up.

Expected result:
The player does not levitates a few blocks up.
