Is using a graphics card over the cpu's native gpu often showing hunger to be depleted faster?

I can't be imagining this, as I can both swim extremely farther and run/jump a decent bit of longer distance as well before the hunger bar depletes to 3 when using my Asus laptop's intel 11th gen CPU's discrete graphics over its NVidia 3060 RTX graphics, even my nintendo Switch is allowing me to travel further before hunger drops to 3, in comparison to any version of Minecraft for Windows on my laptop when it's using Nvidia Graphics, What is going on? is it NVidia's ultra settings? Something isn't right and it seems to effect both versions...I do play with V-sync off as well, been playing the latest versions but I believe this isn't a new problem just been a bit more obvious after switching from playing my nintendo switch, to playing on my windows laptop with Nvidia graphics on, then switching to the cpu's graphics instead for a comparison.

even pacing a few times while farming seems to be show hunger drop more aggressive on my dedicated gpu than my intel's CPU's discreet gpu.
