Recently I tried joining my friends world on their iPad because we wanted to try out the 1.21 update, however upon them joining I was unable to see their world in my friends tab despite it showing a number indicating there was an extra world that I could join. Instead I had my friend invite me to their game but it popped up with a dirt screen saying it was unable to connect me to the world, no further information just that I couldn't connect. I have Nintendo switch online and me and my friend were connected to the same WiFi. Nintendo switch multiplayer has been incredibly scuffed for so long and I used to be able to join a friends world after some trial and error, now it simply doesn't let me join other peoples world which is incredibly annoying since the Switch is the main device I play Minecraft Bedrock on along with many other Minecraft players.
