Hardcore mode only exists preview and not in the normal release

      For some reason hardcore mode only exists in preview despite its intended addition alongside 1.21. This is the case for all platforms

      Steps to reproduce 

      1. Open Preview
      2. Open World creating GUI (new)
      3. Open Release
      4. Open world GUI again

      Expected Results: 

      Hardcore is there

      Observed Results: 

      Hardcore is not in release.
