On my Xbox series s Minecraft preview runs at a resolution of 3840x2160p which causes me enormous performance problems with some packs from the store since it does not support much resolution, on my Xbox one it runs at a resolution of 1920x1080p (resolution that I have in settings and on the monitor) I would say that they add a menu to select the resolution and not have so many performance problems since all that power goes into a resolution that the monitor does not support and does not allow a fluid experience
