Gollems killed in an ironfarm (by lava) do not drop items

      Today I noticed my Iron farm is no longer working. It is unclear from which version this is broken but it's at least in version 1.21.2.

      My iron farm kills golems with lava. after they die they do not drop any items. When i kill a golem myself items do drop. This issue seems the same as link MC-271751

       

      UPDATE! Figured it out, aperantly it was an error on my side. Please close the issue
