Steps to Reproduce:
 
1. Get some dye, and a banner.
 
2. Try making a pattern using both ingridients inside a crafting table.
 
3. Try repeating the process in Minecraft Java Edition.
 
Observed Results:
In Minecraft Bedrock, you can still craft patterns from the banner using a crafting table instead of being exclusive for the loom, while on java you can't.
 
Expected Results:
In Minecraft Bedrock you should not be able to craft banner patterns inside a crafting table.
