In Bedrock beta&preview 1.19.40.20, players on touch device can drag items in their inventory, it is really a great update. 

    However, after 1.21.0, we can't do it again.  (ToT)

    since it's easier to change the version on Android, I will show this bug on Android. 

    In fact, it actually affects IOS, too.

    As you can see, up to the Bedrock 1.20.80, this function is normal.
