When View bobbing is disabled, it will lowered/raised your hand position in First person

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Enable View bobbing (if you disabled it), and take a look on the player hand position
      2. Now disable View bobbing, notice the hand position is much lower/higher now

      Expected result:
Player hand position doesn't changes at all

      Observed result:
Player hand position is much lower/higher than it should be

      Note:
      1. If you use Character creator skin with height set to Tall, disabling View bobbing will raised player hand position
      2. If you use Custom Skin (Slim arm only) or Character creator skin with height set to Medium (Narrow arm only) or Small, disabling View bobbing will lowered player hand position
      3. If you use Character Creator skin with height set to Smaller, disabling View bobbing will hide player hand entirely
