Help!!!

Prior to the 1.20 and 1.21 update, my friend and I have been able to play together online through the invitations via PlayStation Network. I have a PS5, she has a PS4.

Ever since the updates, we have not been able to connect. Her gamertag does not show up on the invites and the "Friends" tab remains at 0.

Here's the thing: It applies only to Minecraft. Her status on the PS "Game Base" friends tab is online while Minecraft says she is offline. We thought it was an Internet issue or PSN was in need of an update, but we discovered that was not the case when I discovered the server collapse over the past week.

Please help!!!
