My world randomly slowed down as if the tick speed were decreased; placing blocks or breaking them seems to be slightly delayed, mobs move visibly slower, and my commands slow down their responsiveness. I have a lot of commands running in my world, but even when command blocks are disabled, this issue seems to continue, as if it's terminally slowed.
