Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new world with peaceful difficulty (speed of natural regeneration causes some health is added to the health bar)
2. Apply Withering IV effect + Poisoning IV + Instant damage effect
3. In rare cases player will have some health after death.

Video explanation: Minecraft is opened in full-screen mode. When you see minecraft loading bar it means I opened desktop using Win+D and then returned to the Minecraft. After I returned to the Minecraft, death screen just disappeared allowing me to continue playing. Another weird thing is that after I returned to the Minecraft I stopped receiving any damage (falling damage, effects damage, burn damage, etc).
