Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft
2. Notice that on the Home Screen there is no bell icon button in the bottom left corner. (The bell icon opens the Notifications screen)

Expected Result:

The bell icon is there and it opens the Notification screen

Note: I don't actually own a PlayStation. I commented on a report about the bell icon, and the reporter asked me where It is on the home screen, because on Nintendo Switch, I have the icon in the bottom left corner.I

The icon may be missing on other devices as well.
