      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Generate a world and dive into water. Oxygen bar appears.
      2. Exit the world.
      3. Reload the world or generate new world.

       

      Observed result:
      Oxygen bar appears and disappears for a flick second.

       

      Expected result:
      Oxygen bar doesn't appears.
