When I load my realm, I just get the panoramic landscape background that you normally see on the minecraft home page. The control buttons are also visible but disabled
This happens to me across devices, I have tried ipad mini and amazon kindle fire and the same thing happens.
Other members of my realm can access it without any issues, although they are regularly crashed out of it.
I'm paying for the realm but cannot access it so please look into this asap!
