1.21.30 to 1.21.31 Switch OLED, Game Card{}

Before anyone asks, yes, I did the unthinkable. I wiped everything stored locally on my switch to deal with the load times (a somewhat separate issue). Proof is in the screenshots/videos (forgive the shakiness as I held the phone with one hand while the other is on the controller). Basically, I only play online worlds now.

With all that, something must've happened between 1.21.30 & 1.21.31 to cause this bloated file size increase. I triple checked to make sure that 577 MB is as low as you can go on a fresh, empty cloud save (this was done pre 1.21.31, of course).

Also, I HAVE NOT purchased anything from the Marketplace, only browsing & using free skins/character creator items. Even if I did, those are only accessible online.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load up a clean slate/freshly deleted Minecraft on the Switch (like it's the 1st time the Switch has launched it).
2. After getting to the Title Screen, close the game & go to the Minecraft Icon & press the + or - Button.
3. Go down to "Save Data Cloud" to see the Save Data being backed up (if not set to auto, hit "Back Up Save Data" to start it up). Take note of your initial file size (it could be different for other people's switches).
4. Launch Minecraft again, & briefly do stuff online (browsing Marketplace, BDS/Realms, etc.).
5. Close the game (don't close it if auto backup is on), & go back to check the Console Save Data (same location described on steps 2-3).

Expected Results: The file size of the Backup Save Data should match with Console Save Data because, in both saved data, no offline activity was done (i.e. playing a local world).

Observed Results: The Console Save Data file size increased drastically despite not doing anything offline.
