The `SHADERS HD` texture pack from Square Dreams does not activate/work when activated in a world. Only vanilla textures are applied, not the texture pack.

We ourselves have been unable to replicate the issue, but we have received many reports of it from multiple platforms, including Windows 10 and Xbox. It does not seem to be an issue for everyone, however.
