Sometimes, I can't hear any footsteps from other players on servers. It's extremely annoying when I'm looting a chest or managing my inventory, and then suddenly an enemy gets the first hits while I can't notice anything. I have all sound effects maxed out, and music at 5%. Sometimes, the footsteps work but are delayed and have an inconsistent volume (e.g., very quiet even though players are extremely near).
