I have tried many things to repair this issue. Like putting the EnableLUA setting option to "1" in the registry editor. Turning off EdgeSwipe in gpedit and registry editor. Changing mouse settings. Restarting my computer. None have worked at all. I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug because it's not happening to others I believe.
