I destroyed a conduit that I placed in 121.3 . Every time I return to the chunks near the destroyed conduit I get the full power conduit effect... No other conduits in my oceans. It's like stuck in a loop. If I hang out in the areafor a few mins the conduit power turns off and the game realises there is no conduit... I leave I come back... I have conduit power for 80 90 blocks... Even in the rain. I ran clocks from the top of the chunk to the bottom of the chunk in some hope the game would realise the update. Tore it all down . Problem remains. Free conduit power. I've gone into creative copy and ripped the place apart trying to find a problem and still getting the issue after removing every block I've placed in the chunk. The conduit was not on a chunk boarder or check line
