Custom skins are completely broken, they cannot be changed worn/used seen and if you delete you're custom skin before the bug the issue now applies to you in every way shape or form. it doesn't matter how long you wait for it to "load" it doesn't even matter if you restart you're minecraft or device it won't show up while playing, while in dressing room or anything else the most it will do after awhile is give you the default  (new era) skins
