Exploring unloaded chunks may cause momentary lag (3-4 seconds).

Device used: Moto g8 Power Lite, 4GB RAM, Processor: Octa core(2.3Ghz), android 10.

      Steps to reproduce:

1.- Create a new world non-flat, in creative or survival.

2.- Explore around for a few minutes, then try collecting wood, for example.

3.- Travel a little more than 2-3 chunks away, and try to break a non-solid block such as glass, double grass, leaves, flowers, etc.

      Expected results:

"The game should run smoothly and there should not be much lag or performance loss"

      Results found:

"When moving through new and unloaded chunks, it causes momentary lag, this can be seen by destroying a random non-solid block, or by seeing how some blocks on the ground or walls become transparent momentarily (Signs of bad chunk loading).

The game is going relatively well, until these events happen that could be related to (MCPE-112420), due to the similarity with the problems of placing or destroying blocks.
