When using bone meal to grow mangrove saplings, muddy mangrove roots are sometimes replaced by normal mangrove roots. This issue does not occur in the Java Edition, only in the Bedrock Edition.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a mangrove sapling on the ground and 10 blocks of muddy mangrove roots above the sapling.
      2. Use bone meal on the sapling and observe the growth process.

Observed Result: In some cases, the muddy mangrove roots are replaced by normal mangrove roots.

Expected Result: Muddy mangrove roots should not be replaced by normal mangrove roots; they should remain in place.

Additional Information: This issue is specific to the Bedrock Edition and does not occur in the Java Edition.
