You can still sign out of your Microsoft Account in-game through the new player profile screen.

How to reproduce:

1. Sign into a Microsoft Account
2. Go to settings
3. Observe how the sign out button is accessible on the account tab
4. Load onto a world, realm or server
5. Go to your profile on the new player profile screen
6. Select the three dots and observe how the sign out button is present in-game
7. Go to the settings screen
8. Observe how the sign out button is not present when in-game

Observed results:
The sign out button is still appearing in-game on the new player profile.

Expected results:
The sign out button, just like in the settings screen, should only be visible from the main menu.
