Since the latest version chunks don't load properly in the nether for me

It seems as if the game forgets to load them because sometimes chunks further away seem to be loaded and they just stuck unloaded for a couple

Seconds also the render distance seems to be completely broken in the nether since the latest update as well whether I put it to 5 or 25 it loads the same amount of area which looks like 8-9 chunks in each direction
