None of my worlds will load and when I try creating a new world, it also will not load. I have tried multiple ways to fix this including:
- restarting my Switch
- restarting my router
- logging in and out of my Minecraft account
- cleaning my cache
- deleting worlds
- duplicating worlds.
- So far the only thing that will work is if I put my switch in airplane mode and restart it in airplane mode but then I am unable to play multiplayer or access the marketplace (so not actually logged into Microsoft)
I have now deleted all of my worlds and it still will not let me open a new world, it just stays on the loading page and eventually says, “Unable to connect to the world. Please check your connection to the internet and try again.” My internet connection is strong and as I said, I’ve restarted it multiple times. After trying everything possible on my Switch, I then tried on a Fire HD 10 tablet and the EXACT same thing happened. I logged into my account and tried creating a new world and it again was stuck on the loading page in the exact same spot. It then gave me the same “Unable to connect to the world. Please check your connection to the internet and try again.” Message. This tells me that is it not a problem with my devices, but a problem with my Microsoft/minecraft account. When I login to other accounts on the same devices, they work fine and the worlds load fine. What is wrong with my account and why won’t it load any worlds?
