Explanation
So this has been happening for a few months and I know it's not my side since everyone I know also experiences this. Basically, if you download a behavior pack and then you download a resource pack for the behavior pack, it doesn't work. The textures do not load. I've tested this out with my own custom adding and ones from servers and any texture is just purple and black glitched texture. I also asked my friends if it looked like that for them too and they said yes. Another thing is I made sure of this by duplicating an add-on I already made which works very well and adding something and that things texture doesn't load.
Reproduce
To reproduce this bug, either make a custom test bedrock add on or join a server on bedrock (that's not like the main ones like hive and lifeboat) and it should be a custom one that has a thing you must download
