3. Place a grass block at 20 -4 -1205
4. Place short grass, tall grass, ferns, large ferns, or sugar cane on the grass block
5. Break the block you placed on the grass block

Observed Results:
The color of the breaking particles doesn't match the color of the block.

Expected Results:
The color of the breaking particles should match the color of the block.
