Experimental features are no longer accessible in the settings for existing worlds (the "Experiments" tab is missing). They also don't seem to be activated when enabling them for new worlds; which cannot be confirmed because the settings are not accessible after creation. This applies to offline worlds, LAN worlds, and Realms.
