The Bug:

The new play screen did not appear for me in the 1.21.51 Hotfix. This addition was specifically mentioned in 1.21.51 Hotfix changelog.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Update to 1.21.51 Hotfix
2. Click the "Play" Button.
3. Notice you may have got the old play screen UI.

Expected Results:

The new play screen should have been added in 1.21.51 Hotfix, as mentioned in the changelog.

Observed Results:

The new play screen has not been added in 1.21.51 Hotfix even though it was mentioned in the changelog.

It may take time for this issue to get fixed for you, so be patient.
