When I try to delete a behavior or resource pack, it only gets deactivated from the world, even if I click the "delete" button.

How to reproduce:
1. download any addon
2. apply the behavior and resource pack in any world
3. click the "delete" button and confirm

The pack gets deactivated from the world, but actually deleting it is impossible.
