I earned Mojang Office Cape but the game does not show it on my account.

      I earned the Mojang Office cape. I received a Congratulations you earned the Mojang Office cape sticker. But when I go to my accounts to see it, it wasn't there. After I reset my pc and the game like it said to do to receive it but, it did not give me the cape. I also wouldnt show on java for the launcher.
