In-game inbox has not updated since June announcement for Tricky Trials. Initially I thought that there just hadn’t been any official mail since then, but I play with other players who sent me screenshots of their recent mail like the creaking shirt achievement. I haven’t changed any settings or opted out of anything and my bell is not showing any indicators of new mail.

I’m beginning to think this might also be why I never received the in-game compensation for the realms issues a bit ago. I made a ticket today and was told this was a bug and I should report it.

I know the image attached probably doesn’t help much with resolving the issue, but I’ve never deleted anything since the inbox became available.

My account is synced across PlayStation, mobile, switch and PC. All have the same inbox issue.
