Recently I had completed the quests from day 1- 5. est. 3 hours before the event was over.

I had completed the quests from start to finish doing each one as said in the quest board. Upon finishing the quests I had logged out and re-logged in to make sure everything was sure and correct and when I reloaded into the event and my dressing room the cape, and the event hat, were not there. 

(In the dressing room the only items related to the event was the shirt)

I had no problem in doing the quests beside some crashing issues, but I did every quest as said in order.
