I know this will get rejected but I'm filing this bug anyway because I want the team to know how utterly disappointing the Bedrock experience has become. You've lost a die-hard fan, who will never spend money on this franchise again.
- You broke side-loading of add-ons for console by disabling MCAddon Manager.
- You blocked consoles from connecting to private servers
- You rejected the majority of applications for the marketplace because you were unprepared to handle the load.
- In version 1.20 you broke compatibility with old addons. My addons worked flawlessly up through 1.19, but now I have to completely rewrite them so they'll work in 1.20.
- The addons documentation has always been awful, forcing us to use third party sites like bedrock.dev. This makes rewriting our addons to meet the new requirements a gigantic chore.
- All of the content since 1.16 has been utterly uninspired. All you've managed to do is make things harder than they used to be (move diamonds from y=0 to y=-58, requiring netherite templates to craft netherite gear, etc).
Minecraft used to be synonymous with creativity, but between the lack of innovation and obstacles around addons/marketplace it's become a shallow experience. I'm not wasting my time or money on your franchise ever again.
