So what happens is when I am hosting a world which has 7 add ons currently installed the frames will randomly drop down to less than a frame per second and it usually happens within a minute of loading the world.  Issue has started just before the pale garden update dropped.  The specifics of this world is that it is over 7 years old and it has 7 add ons installed.  The more lights add on by tetrascape,  spark pets, spark portals, decocraft,  colorful concrete, furniture by XP games, and all the wool.
