So, i downloaded a file with my skin, it directly says its png file and its 64x64, but i keep getting error " Please import a .png file of dimensions 64x64, 64x32 or 128x128"

I tried to download it from my another devise, phone and its worked! I used exactly same file. Also, when i downloaded it from phone and wanted to open from tablet it just cant load! Please, tell me the reason or how can i fix it
